Welcome to MyShopful (myshopful.com). By creating a store, selling products, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

MyShopful provides a platform for sellers to create their own branded online stores at yourstore.myshopful.com. We offer website hosting, storefront templates, product management, order tracking, QR code generation, WhatsApp integration, and payment preference tools.

Important: We do not handle payments. We do not take commission. All transactions are between the seller and the customer. Sellers are responsible for their own payments, refunds, and customer service.

2. Account Registration

To create a store, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and store. You may not impersonate another person or business.

Each seller gets their own subdomain: yourstore.myshopful.com. You own the content of your store. You are responsible for all products, descriptions, prices, and images you upload.

3. Store Creation & Customization

MyShopful provides templates, color theming, and customization tools. You may choose your store name, logo, colors, and layout. You may change your subdomain within 48 hours of creation. After that, changes may incur a fee.

You are responsible for ensuring your store name does not infringe on any trademark or intellectual property rights.

4. Products & Content

You are solely responsible for the products you list, the descriptions you write, the images you upload, and the prices you set. You warrant that:

  • You have the right to sell the products you list.
  • Your products are safe, legal, and comply with all applicable laws.
  • Your product descriptions are accurate and not misleading.
  • Your images do not infringe on any copyright or trademark.

MyShopful reserves the right to remove any product or store that violates these terms or applicable laws.

5. Payments & Commission

0% Commission. MyShopful does not take any commission on your sales. You keep 100% of what you earn.

Sellers pay a monthly subscription fee based on their chosen plan. Pricing is clearly displayed on our website. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payment Methods: You choose how customers pay. Options include:

  • WhatsApp completion — you share payment details directly with customers
  • Mobile Money (MoMo) — customers pay to your MoMo number using order number as reference
  • Cash on Delivery — customers pay when goods are delivered

MyShopful is not involved in any transaction between seller and customer. We are not a payment processor. Any payment disputes are between the seller and customer.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Sellers are responsible for delivery of products. You may set up delivery zones, flat rates, free delivery, or customer-pays-driver options. You are responsible for communicating delivery times, fees, and policies to your customers.

MyShopful does not handle delivery or logistics. Any issues with delivery are between the seller and the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Sellers are responsible for setting their own return and refund policies. These policies should be clearly stated in your store. MyShopful does not process returns or refunds on behalf of sellers.

If a customer requests a return or refund, the seller must handle it directly. MyShopful is not a party to any such dispute.

8. QR Codes

MyShopful generates unique QR codes for each store and product. You may print and use these QR codes in your physical shop, on packaging, or on marketing materials. QR codes are provided as a convenience and MyShopful is not responsible for any issues with scanning or printing.

9. WhatsApp Integration

MyShopful provides auto-filled WhatsApp order messages. This feature is provided as a convenience. MyShopful is not affiliated with WhatsApp (Meta). You are responsible for your use of WhatsApp and compliance with WhatsApp's terms of service.

10. SEO & Analytics

MyShopful provides basic SEO optimization and analytics tools. We do not guarantee search engine rankings or traffic. Analytics data is provided "as is" and may not be 100% accurate.

11. Prohibited Products

The following products are strictly prohibited on MyShopful:

  • Illegal drugs or paraphernalia
  • Weapons, firearms, or explosives
  • Counterfeit goods or stolen items
  • Adult content or services
  • Hate speech or discriminatory merchandise
  • Endangered animal products
  • Any products that violate local, national, or international laws

MyShopful reserves the right to remove any prohibited products and suspend or terminate stores that violate this policy.

12. Subscription & Billing

MyShopful offers monthly subscription plans. All plans are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your store will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be deactivated.

No refunds are provided for partial months or unused subscription time.

13. Data Privacy

MyShopful collects information necessary to provide our services, including:

  • Your name, email, phone number, and business address
  • Your store name, logo, colors, and product information
  • Payment preferences and contact details
  • Order history and customer information (when provided by you)

We do not sell your data to third parties. We use your data to operate the platform, provide support, and improve our services. You own your store content and customer data. You are responsible for complying with data protection laws regarding your customer information.

14. Intellectual Property

MyShopful owns the platform, templates, code, and design. You own the content you upload to your store. You grant MyShopful a license to host and display your content on our platform.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the MyShopful platform or any part of it.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyShopful is not liable for:

  • Any loss of sales, revenue, or profits
  • Any customer disputes or payment issues
  • Any delivery, shipping, or logistics problems
  • Any technical issues, downtime, or data loss
  • Any actions taken by third parties, including customers or payment providers

MyShopful provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your store will generate sales or traffic.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MyShopful harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your products or services
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
  • Any dispute with your customers

17. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. MyShopful may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.

Upon termination, your store will be deactivated and your subdomain will become available for other users.

18. Changes to Terms

MyShopful may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

20. Payment Information & Display

WhatsApp Number

By providing your WhatsApp number for payment purposes, you agree that MyShopful will use it to generate a click-to-chat link. Your number will not be publicly displayed. Customers will click a button to start a chat with you directly.

Mobile Money Number

By providing your Mobile Money number and account holder name, you agree that this information will be displayed to customers at checkout so they can complete payment. You are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and up to date.

21. Fraud, Complaints & Suspension

MyShopful takes fraud and deceptive practices seriously. If we receive multiple complaints against your store regarding:

  • Non-delivery of products
  • Counterfeit or misrepresented goods
  • Fraudulent payment practices
  • Repeated customer disputes

We reserve the right to:

  • Temporarily suspend your account pending investigation
  • Request additional documentation or proof of business legitimacy
  • Permanently terminate your account if fraud is confirmed
  • Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities

You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation. Suspension of your account does not relieve you of your obligation to fulfill pending orders or process refunds.
